Senior Information Management Specialist
Elizabeth Niccum is T&B Systems’ Senior Information Management Specialist with over 30 years experience in scientific database development, programming, and analysis of air quality and meteorological data. She has expertise in the following disciplines: data management; designing and developing analysis tools, including data displays, applicable to large databases; real-time data acquisition systems, and graphic user-interfaces. As a staff member of T&B Systems, Ms. Niccum was the Data Manager for the California Regional Particulate Air Quality Study (CRPAQS) Satellite Network and the Central California Ozone Study (CCOS). She also assisted the CPRAQS and CCOS Project Data Manager in the design of the overall project database, the documentation, and data quality assurance. In this role, Ms. Niccum was responsible for integrating the varying contractor formats into a consistent format for inclusion in the project-wide database. She is currently managing the database for for several T&B Systems projects, providing software development for specialized data management tasks.
Ms. Niccum holds a B.S. in Atmospheric Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
